Experienced Commercial Real Estate Valuation Professional Expands Nova's Capabilities in the Carolinas and Southeast
Nova Group, GBC is pleased to announce that Keith P. Bolte, MAI, AI-GRS, has joined the firm's Valuation & Advisory team as Vice President. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Keith brings more than a decade of commercial real estate appraisal and valuation experience to Nova's growing national platform.
Keith has worked in the appraisal industry since 2014 and has developed extensive experience across a wide range of commercial property types. His valuation experience includes office, medical office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, residential subdivision, golf course, religious facility, and vacant land assignments. He also has significant experience preparing market studies and feasibility analyses for proposed and existing developments.

Prior to joining Nova Group, Keith served as a Director with Partner Valuation Advisors. Earlier in his career, he held appraisal and review positions with Colliers, BBG, and SouthState Bank, providing valuation and consulting services for a broad range of clients and commercial real estate assets.

Keith holds the MAI designation and AI-GRS designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Appraiser in North Carolina and South Carolina. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and remains actively involved in the appraisal profession through the Appraisal Institute.
