Jack Cummings

As Chief Executive Officer, Jack Cummings leads Nova Group, GBC’s global strategy, operations, and long-term growth, guiding the firm’s vision across the United States, Europe, and Australia. Jack is responsible for advancing Nova Group’s market expansion, service offerings, talent strategy, and acquisitions while reinforcing the firm’s commitment to delivering high-impact environmental, engineering, and sustainability solutions for clients worldwide.

During his tenure at Nova Group, Jack has played a key role in scaling the organization’s growth, including successfully integrating and closing multiple acquisitions, including U.S.-based Peak Environmental and Carlson Environmental, as well as Australia-based Raw Earth Environmental. His leadership in business development and strategic partnerships has supported significant revenue growth and strengthened relationships with leading real estate finance, global investment banking, and private equity firms.

In addition to his role at Nova, Jack serves as President of the National Environmental Due Diligence Association (NEEDDA) and is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC), the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), and the Environmental Bankers Association (EBA).
