Jessica Oxford, PG

Ms. Oxford currently works as the Environmental Team Lead for the Assessor Group. Jessica joined Nova in September 2013 and has been an integral part of the Assessor Group since that time. In addition to her work as a dual scope Phase I Environmental and Property Condition Assessor, Jessica has been a mentor to our newer staff, developed training documents and procedures for different levels of ESAs, and has been an integral partner in the development and execution of Nova's Climate Resiliency Assessment work.

Jessica is a natural leader dedicated to supporting her colleagues and fostering a collaborative environment. In her role as Environmental Team Lead, Jessica is responsible for the management and development of the Environmental Assessor team as well as continuing to perform field assessments. 

She holds and maintains several certifications related to the Environmental field (ACM and Radon) and is a Professional/Registered Geologist in three states (UT, OR, and WA).
